Accessibility statement
We want Less.co.uk to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The site is designed to be:
- Fully navigable using a keyboard alone
- Compatible with popular screen readers
- Readable at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling
- Usable with high contrast settings and custom colour schemes
What we've done
We've taken practical steps to make the site as accessible as we can:
- Skip-to-content link on every page
- Semantic HTML headings (h1–h6) throughout
- Alt text on all images
- Form labels on all inputs
- ARIA attributes on interactive components
- Minimum text size of 16px
- Colour contrast meeting the 4.5:1 ratio
- Responsive design tested from 375px to 1440px and beyond
Known issues
We're a small team and we're continuously improving. Some older content or third-party embeds may not yet fully meet our accessibility standards. We're working through these and fixing issues as we find them.
Feedback
If you find something that doesn't work as expected with your assistive technology, or if you have any suggestions for how we can improve, please get in touch. We take accessibility seriously and will do our best to address any issues promptly.
